"Eight Seal" anti-corrosion paint for hydrogen sulfide measures at water treatment plants and hot spring areas.
The hydrogen sulfide countermeasures that are trending on television show tremendous effectiveness with Eight Seal (rust-proof paint)!
Eight Seal (anti-corrosion paint) demonstrates remarkable effectiveness in preventing corrosion specific to hot spring areas and water treatment facilities! By applying the coating agent to various equipment that may corrode due to hydrogen sulfide gas and other factors, corrosion can be easily prevented. - Features ○ The coating film is colorless and transparent. (Jet Protector F-200SI is also available in gray.) ○ Excellent adhesion (can be directly applied to metals, non-ferrous metals, and resins). ○ High airtightness, maintaining excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion (hydrogen sulfide resistant) effects. - Usable substrates Iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, FRP, PVC, concrete (substrate treatment required). - Weather resistance When painted with Sabimasen and Barrier D Coat II, exposure for about 4,000 hours (equivalent to approximately 20 years of outdoor exposure) as measured by the Sunshine Weather Meter shows over 90% gloss retention. For F-200SI, exposure for about 1,000 hours (equivalent to approximately 5 years of outdoor exposure) also shows over 90% gloss retention. - Hydrogen sulfide gas exposure test results No changes observed after 48 hours of exposure to 10 ppm hydrogen sulfide gas.
